Job Description:
* Participate in daily routines, including:
* Attend the daily production monitoring meeting: report progress, parts availability, and support priority adjustments.
* Support Work Order Management.
* Assist in component management, including handling missing parts and logistics distribution, transfer protocols, and addressing unexpected missing parts.
* Coordinate parasitic flow with other departments, managing non-conformities, over-delivery, lost parts, and cannibalization.
* Manage outstanding works by overseeing pending logistics flows and transferring internal/external responsibilities for work orders.
Competencies:
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Soft skills:
* Well organized and punctual.
* Reliable with high ethical standards and compliance.
* Open-minded for international teamwork.
* Problem-solving focus.
IT Tools:
* SAP (material management)
* Excel
* G Suite (Gmail, GSheets, etc.)
Languages:
* Spanish (negotiation level)
* English (negotiation level)
* French (a plus)
