Following a sustained growth trajectory, both organic and through acquisitions, we are now strengthening our leadership team to accelerate our expansion in Southern Europe through a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Group CEO, with full P&L; ownership and multi-country responsibility, based flexibly in Switzerland, Spain, or Portugal.
Your Mission
As VP Southern Europe, you will be responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic positioning across Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal.
You will act as a true business leader, owning both revenue and delivery performance while aligning local execution with group strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & Growth
• Define and execute the regional growth strategy
• Drive revenue expansion across services and software offerings
• Develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
• Identify and lead new business opportunities (including large deals and RFPs)
2. P&L; Ownership
• Full responsibility for regional financial performance (revenue, margin, EBITDA)
• Ensure sustainable and profitable growth
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary
3. Team Leadership
• Lead and structure local leadership teams (Sales, Delivery, Operations)
• Build high-performing teams and reinforce management layers
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration
4. Delivery & Operational Excellence
• Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Align delivery capabilities with market demand
• Optimize resource allocation across countries
5. Strategic Alignmen t
• Act as a key interface between the region and Group leadership
• Contribute to integral initiatives (offerings, partnerships, go-to-market)
• Support cross-border collaboration and synergies
Your Profile
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (VP / Managing Director / Country Manager) within IT services or software
• Strong track record in multi-country management
• Demonstrated success in driving xiphteb growth and managing P&L;
• Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems (ECM, Content Services, Digital platforms, or similar)
• Strong business development and client engagement capabilities
• Experience managing large accounts and complex deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities
Key Requirements
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
• Ability to operate in an international, fast-growing environment
• Willingness to travel across the region
