We are currently seeking a Business Controller to join our Retail Excellence (REX) team.
Goal of the role: To ensure control of key business and in-store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, successfully meeting company targets.
1. Monitor sales trends versus budget and forecasts, keeping the Retail Director and sales team updated, highlighting opportunities or issues.
2. Track and analyze main business KPIs, such as conversion rate, ASP, bino-rate, aiming at optimizing growth and productivity.
3. Conduct deep dives into customer types to understand business trends and define targeted actions.
4. Develop and share regular portfolio analyses and forecasts related to target achievements based on various variables.
5. Design and manage Sales Incentive Plans and Commissions Schemes in collaboration with HR and Finance.
6. Define and manage promotions and discounts, coordinating with local and regional Pricing/Marketing teams in line with commercial strategies.
Education & Experience Required:
1. University degree in quantitative fields (Economics, Engineering, Statistics preferred).
2. Experience managing complex data structures with strong data analysis skills and business impact awareness.
3. Project management and analysis experience in Sales and Marketing, especially in international contexts.
4. Proficiency in Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
5. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is advantageous.
6. Fluent in English.
