**Your Role**
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager based at our Monjos Plant, who will report to our Plant Manager. You will be responsible for leading and supervising the maintenance team, ensuring the efficient operation of the maintenance department. You will also be accountable for upholding Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Environmental standard.
**What you will do**- Collaboration in the management and control of human and material resources allocated to Maintenance- Direct maintenance responsibility of utilities and general services áreas- Energy consumption management- Manage and update the factory maintenance plan in SAP.- Participate in the design and implementation of new facilities- Minimize stoppages due to breakdowns- Optimize planned shutdowns to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance- Collaboration in the definition and management of projects and investments- Coordination with other plant operations departments and external workshops.
- Participate in the management of Quality, Safety and Environment.
**What we are looking for**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance area responsibilities- High University Degrees in Engineering- High English and Spanish level- Project Management: organizational and planning skills- Leadership- Proactivity- Being able to work autonomously and in a responsible way- Team Working and Social skills- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with other company areas
