Experteer Overview
In this role you promote Ethicon Biosurgery products and drive sales within your region, supporting surgeons and healthcare teams with technical and clinical information. You will educate customers, share the latest clinical data, and demonstrate the value of wound closure and biosurgery solutions. You’ll plan and execute trainings and product demos while tracking market insights to optimize territory strategy. This position combines clinical knowledge with strategic selling to improve surgical outcomes and patient care.

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
• Provide support to the surgical team during procedures
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within accounts
• Educate customers about wound closure and biosurgery products to optimize usage with technical and clinical information and in-service training
• Prepare, plan, and conduct training sessions and product demonstrations in-house
• Stay current with the latest clinical data and share this information with health professionals during presentations
• Apply a Health Economics mindset and demonstrate financial and clinical impacts of decisions to stakeholders
• Analyze the wound closure and biosurgery market in the area and optimize territory plans using company data systems
• Maintain detailed records of contacts and activity weekly
Responsabilidades
• University degree in a natural or neuroscience field or equivalent qualification or experience
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build productive, professional business relationships
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
• Effective relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Experience working in sales within the medical devices sector
• Experience in surgical specialties such as colorectal, hepatic, orthopedic, neurosurgery, or general surgery is a plus
• Experience working with highly complex technical systems and/or in a critical patient care setting
