She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.
Key Responsibilities :Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritageAssist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremonyDiscuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury productsEnsure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the businessBuild and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategiesEstablish good group dynamics, through efficient communicationContribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelinesHelp ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandiseFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies. xohynlm
Key RequirementsDeep passion for fashion and luxuryExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companiesAbility to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitudeAbility to adapt to different customersTeam-playing attitudeStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentFluent in spanish and english.
