Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive continuous improvement across Zim Vie’s global supply chain, with a focus on distribution center processes and digital adoption. You’ll lead cross-functional improvement projects, apply data analytics to boost service, efficiency, and cost performance, and support savings governance.
You’ll collaborate with IT and site teams to deploy automation and BI-enabled solutions. This is a hands-on role shaping SC excellence and digital transformation.

- Standardize best practices across sites (standard work, visual management, KPI routines)
- Support savings governance and track financial impact of projects
- Promote best practices and digital adoption across general supply chain operations
- Implement technology and automation projects in distribution centers to increase throughput and reduce costs
- Collaborate with IT and site teams on requirements, testing/UAT, deployment, and adoption training
- Support DC productivity improvements using data like labor metrics, order profiles, slotting, cycle counts
- Digitalize SC Excellence processes with dashboards, KPI governance, and project visibility
- Train or certify employees on BI tools (Power BI) and develop self-service analytics guides
- Stay current on AI/ML, automation, and relevant digital tools and identify practical pilots
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Data/Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Planning, Distribution/Warehouse Operations, or Data Management
- Strong data analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Power BI proficiency; Power Query strongly preferred
- SQL and Python knowledge is a plus
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Experience implementing improvements in distribution centers (process redesign, throughput, quality, service, cost)
- Medical device or life sciences exposure preferred
