WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Technical Excellence: You create precise technical specifications and measurements for all Light Woven products and ensure a smooth handover from design to production.
Fit & Development: You work closely with Designers during prototyping, lead fit sessions, and provide clear, constructive feedback to refine fit, silhouette, and construction.
Quality Ownership: You oversee quality throughout development and production, making sure every garment meets our brand standards and aesthetic expectations.
Interface Role: You act as the key link between Design and Production, ensuring seamless industrialization and solving technical challenges related to fabrics, trims, stitching, and construction.
Process Optimization: You continuously improve production methods to balance quality, feasibility, and cost efficiency while keeping timelines and market demands in focus.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a comparable field with a strong technical focus.
Your Strengths: You have deep expertise in Light Woven garment construction and industrial production processes. You think commercially, work hands-on, and translate technical details into practical solutions.
Your Profile: You bring 6–8 years of experience in Technical Engineering, ideally in fast fashion or Light Woven products for Men. You work confidently with technical drawing and software tools such as Illustrator and PLM systems, communicate clearly across teams, and stay agile in a fast-moving environment. You are fluent in English, Spanish and/or German is a plus.
