About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Channel Sales leader to drive growth across SME and Enterprise segments. This role will lead the identification, recruitment, and enablement of high-potential channel partners, aligning partner initiatives with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute channel strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth across SMEs and large enterprise partners.
- Build and sustain strategic, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to design impactful go-to-market programs, campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive partner performance through training, support, and performance analytics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in channel sales leadership within SME and Enterprise markets, preferably in ICT or technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, business development, and channel management best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of operating effectively in general, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business or technical qualifications are a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills advantageous.
