About the JobWe are seeking a talented AI Engineer proficient in Conversational AI and GenAI (RAG, LLM) to join our Innovation department. The successful candidate will develop innovative solutions for complex LLM architecture and automation business cases within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Conversational AI solutions to enhance customer interactions and automate business processes.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Contribute to the development of GenAI technologies and applications to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of industry standards.
Expected Skills & Experience
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience working in the insurance industry or a similar domain.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Conversational AI technologies and GenAI development.
Strong understanding of LLM (Language, Logic, and Memory) architecture.
Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for automation and process optimization.
Soft Skills / Transversal Skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.
