otherwise, they will berejected.Work Mode: Hybrid - 2 days in office per sprint (2 weeks)Overview: Under the FX business line within the Market department of the Corporate and Investment division, we are searching for a Business Analyst profile for the FX tribe, which is a team of more than 70 people.
The FX tribe is responsible for delivering projects demanded by the FX trading business, under the Portfolio & Risk Management squad.
The candidate will manage the FX systems for STP and FX Portfolio and Risk Management, create intelligent logic, and integrate with other systems such as Murex, Back Office, or Regulatory systems.
The role also involves implementing new products or capabilities that the FX Business may need across different countries, with a special focus on Murex integration and configurations.Essential Responsibilities:1.
Wide experience working with Murex, especially with FX products (Cash and Volatility).
No candidates without these requirements will be considered.2. Murex Functional knowledge and modules.3. Hands-on business analysis skillset across the full project life cycle: able to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and budget.4. Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior front-office users.5. Previous experience in Front Office, Middle/Back Office, or Risk Management areas.6. Excellent knowledge of FX products (Cash and Volatility) and FX Markets.7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to support the authoring of business documents and presentations.Additional Responsibilities:1.
Accurate and comprehensive gathering of requirements to enable the formation of coherent specifications.2. A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of the Business Analyst within it.3. Experience in the integration of products and events in Murex or other MO/BO systems, with a solid understanding of end-to-end product management.4. Ability to conduct careful, structured analysis on complex problems or requirements to identify and present defensible conclusions and solutions.5. Experience in delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies and clear, concise test cases.6. Collaborate and help define the technical requirements considering design and manage testing cycles.7. 10+ years working in Financial Services/Banking.Highly Valuable but Not Essential:1.
Expertise in SQL databases and Murex database architecture.2. Murex technical knowledge, including services and other technical modules.3. Deep knowledge of FLEX libraries in Murex and PYMX architecture, with experience.4. Linux/scripting knowledge.5. Technical knowledge about parallel computing and evaluation/AWS.6. Agile development/software life cycle experience.7. Ability to code in Python for benchmarking files or generating ad hoc reports when necessary.8. Spanish knowledge (Optional).As material to support the interview conversation, a practical exercise is required to be delivered prior to the interview.
