The Opportunity

ASpanish hospitality group, recognized for bringingSpanish gastronomy to the U.S. market, and currently in a strong phase of growth and consolidation, is seeking aHead of Marketingto lead and scale its entire marketing function in the United States.
\n
This is asenior, strategic and hands-on position, responsible for defining and executing the integral marketing vision of the group, managing an internal team of approximately5 marketing professionals, and coordinating multipleexternal agencies and partners.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
Define and lead theglobal marketing strategyaligned with the group's business objectives, expansion plans and brand positioning aroundSpanish gastronomy.
\n
Manage, mentor and develop theinternal marketing team(approx. 5 people), fostering performance, ownership and collaboration.
\n
Coordinate and overseeexternal agencies(creative, digital, media, PR, influencers, performance marketing, etc.).
\n
Own the full360o marketing scope, including:
\n
Brand strategy and positioning
\n
Digital marketing (paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing)
\n
Social media and content strategy
\n
PR, events and brand activations
\n
Influencer marketing and strategic partnerships
\n
Local store marketing and opening campaigns
\n
Drivecustomer acquisition, retention and loyaltyacross all channels and locations.
\n
Track performance through KPIs, dashboards and ROI analysis, optimizing budgets and campaigns on an ongoing basis.
\n
Work closely with Operations, Finance and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial and operational goals.
\n
Guarantee brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, reinforcing the identity ofSpanish cuisine and culture.
\n
Profile Requirements
\n
Proven experience asHead of Marketing, Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager, preferably withinhospitality, restaurant groups or lifestyle consumer brands.
\n
Solid background inrestaurant / F&B; marketingis highly desirable.
\n
Bilingual or native-level Englishis mandatory.
\n
Spanish is a strong plus.
\n
Strategic thinker with ahands-on, execution-driven mindset.
\n
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and multiple external agencies.
\n
Strong knowledge of360o marketing, both online and offline.
\n
High level ofdynamism, adaptability and energy, comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
\n
Data-driven and business-oriented profile with strong analytical skills.
\n
Willingness and ability tolive and work in California, USA.
