**Key Responsibilities**
- Leads the end-to-end delivery of branded content across all channels, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with brand identity.
- Develops and executes creative concepts for campaigns, event recaps, artist features, brand storytelling and evergreen content.
- Defines content formats, visual direction and editing standards, maintaining consistency across internal and external creative teams.
- Oversees the production of video and photography assets from pre-production planning through to final delivery, maintaining technical and creative standards.
- Edits and delivers short
- and long-form video content optimised for digital platforms, social media and marketing campaigns.
- Plans and manages on-site content coverage for events, residencies, shows and brand activations, ensuring alignment with programming schedules and commercial priorities.
- Ensures effective on-site coordination to capture priority moments, artist appearances and partnership deliverables.
- Builds and manages a network of freelance creatives and production partners, sourcing and briefing videographers, photographers and content creators as required.
- Oversees content workflows, production schedules and asset delivery timelines to ensure efficient execution.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Public Relations, Events and Programming teams to align content with campaign objectives and partnership requirements.
- Acts as the central point of contact for content planning and execution across local and international projects.
- Manages digital asset libraries, file structures and archiving processes, ensuring assets are delivered in the correct formats and specifications for general distribution.
