Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive attitude Purchaser Assistant. You will be part of a dynamic and international team in a constantly growing environment within a fulfilling and inclusive workplace. The compensation package will be evaluated according to experience (16k-20k EUR).

Primary duties:
* Support purchase orders.
* Control material reception.
* Maintain supplier databases.
* Support invoicing and payment processes.
* Research potential suppliers.
* Negotiate better prices.
* Assist in inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
* Assist with administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Proficient in English.
* Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
* Experience as a purchasing assistant or in an administrative support role.
Personal Capabilities:
* Highly motivated self-starter, capable of self-management.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Proactive team player attitude.
* Ability to work under moderate pressure.
