Target, develop, and close opportunities within enterprise accounts in assigned verticals such as Banking, Energy, Transportation, and Public Administration.Develop and maintain a territory channel plan with local partners, coordinating with the channel team and managing national and global partners with local presence.Manage customer relationships, coordinating activities between Huawei and clients, and promoting Huawei's solutions.Create sales account plans to identify and act on new business opportunities aligned with Huawei's enterprise strategy.Utilize sales engagement tools to ensure focused and aligned execution.Use Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing and business forecasting.Work towards individual and team targets.Understand and implement solution sales mechanisms.Demonstrate key enterprise account management skills such as forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, and negotiation.Show leadership, initiative, and motivation within the team.Coordinate with organizational resources like presales, services, and channels.Gain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise skills knowledge.Provide market insights and feedback.Ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity.Qualifications:
Ability to develop new business models for customers using new technology.Experience managing customer accounts at CxO and technical levels.Skills in establishing brands, exploring product opportunities, and developing competitive strategies.Good working knowledge of ICT solutions.Skills / Experience:
