We are seeking a Junior Manual Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our team full-time and on-site in Sant Cugat del Vallès, working with a leading multinational client in the printing industry.
Ideal candidates will have internship experience in software quality assurance. Candidates with a background in software development are also encouraged to apply.
Salary: 20,000 euros gross per year
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing manual software quality testing for consumer and large format printers, as well as related software solutions.
* Executing tests and reporting results using ALM or Jira.
* Reporting issues according to defect reporting guidelines.
* Verifying defects and performing debugging as needed.
* Maintaining the lab and setting up environments for testing.
* Handling escalations for urgent issues, problematic or broken units/printers, incorrectly estimated test case efforts, and test case clarifications.
The requirements for this position are:
* Internship experience or approximately 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing.
* Familiarity with test execution and defect management processes.
* Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
