We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
* Track key demands and bug fixes for customers, collaborating with the product team to promote product optimization.
* Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks and maintain system stability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
* Experience in cloud computing or the IT industry, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Knowledge of optimizing cloud-based architectures and providing industry-specific solutions.
* Experience in designing and implementing cloud technology architectures.
* Understanding of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, CDN, SLB, and related products.
* Strong system and network support skills, capable of resolving complex issues.
* Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to work in both languages.
* Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
