Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Fitch’s Transport coverage within the Madrid-based EMEA CORP u0026amp; Infra group, directing a team of eight analysts and shaping credit analysis, research and market engagement. You will drive ratings execution, chair rating discussions, and develop sector outlooks to support infrastructure, project finance and corporate ratings across transport. You’ll collaborate across locations and with issuers, sponsors and investors to advance analytical excellence. - Direct management of an 8-analyst transport team
- Lead ratings analysis, execution and research on transport in project finance/infrastructure and corporates
- Provide credit leadership in ratings process and ensure consistent criteria application
- Chair or lead rating committee discussions and provide senior judgment on credit analysis
- Oversee development of rating rationales, sector outlooks, research publications and market commentary
- Represent Fitch externally in meetings with issuers, sponsors, banks, investors and advisors
- Mentor and develop analysts within the transport team

- 12+ years of relevant credit analysis experience in corporates and/or project finance/infrastructure
- Experience managing people and teams
- Bachelor's degree
- CFA, MBA, or other advanced qualification preferred
