Desde el área de Personas buscamos incorporar a una persona en prácticas para dar apoyo a proyectos clave relacionados con Cultura, Experiencia de Empleado y Diversidad. Qué te vas a llevar de este viaje? Colaborarás en la preparación de encuestas internas como Cultura o Top Employers Analizarás resultados y ayudarás a diseñar planes de acción Apoyarás en iniciativas de Diversidad e Inclusión Participarás en proyectos de Cultura y Marca Empleadora Formarás parte de un equipo con vocación colaborativa, en un entorno de aprendizaje constante Qué te ofrecemos? Beca con ayuda al estudio por 900€ / mes con una duración de 6 meses y la posibilidad de renovar otros 6. Horario de lunes a jueves de 9 : 00h a 18 : 00h y viernes de 8 : 00h a 15 : 00h. Posibilidad de teletrabajo 1 vez a la semana y una 1 vez adicional al mes. Posibilidad de participar en nuestros voluntariados. Qué necesitas? Estudiantes o recién graduados / as en ADE, Derecho o Psicología Manejo del paquete Office a nivel medio (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle Interés por el área de Personas y el desarrollo organizativo Espíritu de equipo, iniciativa Muchas, muchas ganas de aprender!
