**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of new and innovative HR and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Support in organization of social events for our colleagues as summer or Christmas party to reinforce our social community.
- HR professional with minimum 3 years' experience with especial focus on recruitment and professional development.
- Psychology University Degree
- Fluent level in the English language (written and verbal). German will be a plus.
- Good level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel
