Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow and manage UexSwap’s global online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that increases brand awareness, engages the crypto community, and drives measurable user acquisition through social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
- Create engaging, platform-specific content including posts, visuals, threads, short videos, and announcements.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align campaigns with ongoing launches and promotions.
- Monitor analytics, engagement rates, and community sentiment to optimize content strategy.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, community AMAs, and partnership announcements.
- Respond to community feedback and maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech startups.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, DeFi, and current Web3 trends.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social;
familiarity with analytics and engagement tracking.
- Creative mindset, data-driven approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced, global team.
Nice to Have
- Experience running paid campaigns on X (Twitter), Reddit, or Google.
- Connections with crypto influencers or communities.
- Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
