Home-based develop strategy to enhance Candela’s business in the region. /lili Identify KOL, acquire new customers, manage existing business /lili Launch new products /lili Achieve the sales quota /lili Segment the market and define key customers. /lili Work out a yearly business and marketing plan /li /ulpb Adaptation to the sales Policy /b /pulli Implement the sales policy in his/her territory /lili Present all Candela products in a professional, knowledgeable, and sincere manner. /lili Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel and/or other lasers users. /lili Pay attention to the competitor’s actions, reporting information relating to them and the rest of the market. /li /ulpb Forecast sales tool /b /pulli Use the forecast (CRM) tool to analyze and follow customer´s portfolio /lili Work closely with the Key Market Managers EMEA to determine the priority of the sales requirements /lili Put all sales reports into the sales tool. /li /ulpb Execution of the business /b /pulli Responsible of his/her customer´s calls. /lili He/she will manage customer talks. /lili Work closely with the Key Market Managers EMEA to decide the benefits and specific efforts to retain our customers and to develop quarterly forecast objectives. /lili Analyze and monitor the benefits of his/her actions. /lili Manage his/her budget. /lili Submits weekly reports, expense reports, quarterly reports and forecasts updates in a timely manner. /lili Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical. /lili Be capable of performing clinical in-service on all products. /lili Follow up of all company’s generated leads. /lili Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions. /lili Manage all workshop logistics and agenda. /li /ulpb Customer satisfaction/customer loyalty /b /pulli Inform to the customers about existing and new Candela products. /lili Offer Candela´s policy of services. /lili Ensures our relationship with customer thrives. /li /ulpb Adaptation to the Marketing Policy /b /pulli Suggest events organization with Marketing. /lili Proposes attendees for congresses (national or international) /li /ulpb Relation with other departments /b /pulli Interacts with other departments to collect and share information about our customers. /li /ulpb Reporting /b /pulli Reports all significant data into the sales tool SalesForce. /li /ulpb Execution indicators /b /pulli Follow the main sales indicators: revenues of the sector, market share, revenues versus Budget, qualitative developments of the individual goals. /li /ul pb Experience: /b /pulli Minimum 2-3 years medical sales experience preferred. /lili Experience in Aesthetics industry a plus. /lili Desire to sell capital equipment with a market Leader, with top compensation. /li /ul pb Educational Requirements: /b /pulli BS/BA degree or higher preferred, or equivalent proven experience in the medical/aesthetic devices sector. /lili Native Spanish speaker or full professional proficiency in Spanish language required. /lili English is required for the position /li /ul
