Job Description:
Recruitment
* Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies
* Deliver high quality candidate lists
* Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
* Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards
* Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities.
* Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
* Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
* Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours.
Employment Marketing:
* Manage program deliverables within budgetary, resources and scheduling requirements against defined project milestones and deadlines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g. education leaders, faculty, and employers) and internal teams (e.g. human resources, and managers)
* Drive successful implementation, including curriculum and program development; educator professional development; employer engagement;
Assist in determining Employment Marketing needs and support onsite activities inclusive of career fairs
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent additional work experience in a Talent Acquisition team
Required Experience
* 5+ Years Experience in Talent Acquisition, Employment Marketing, or Workforce Development
* Prior Experience with MSP (Managed Service Provider) and/or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcer)
Preferred Experience
* Experience with employee onboarding
Experience with data and analytics
Qualified Skills

* Knowledge of the regional labor market.
* Experience managing full-cycle recruitment process
* Demonstrated success working in a complex, matrix organization,
* Strong analytical skills.

Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers both locally and internationally
Required Communication Skills
* Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
Written, presentation and oral communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, as well as effective result-oriented problem solving skills.
Required Technical Systems Proficiency
* Google Suite of productivity tools.
