Job Description :
This newly created role supports our international expansion strategy, focusing initially on start-up activities in Spain, with responsibilities transitioning from 75% in the first 12-18 months to managing full P&L responsibilities as the market matures.
Start-up 12 – 18 months :
Responsibilities :
* Develop organizational structure aligned with market entry strategy and growth objectives for Pod therapy in Spain.
* Guide market development, commercial execution, and product initiatives to ensure success.
* Lead strategic business development, including local partnerships, advocacy, KOL engagement, and digital education initiatives.
* Successfully launch Omnipod, establishing market traction and driving category growth, reimbursement, and new product launches.
* Achieve business growth exceeding market rates while meeting profitability targets.
