Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics. Mission As a Hardware Engineer in Valeo Martos, you will be designing cutting‑edge electronics for top car makers worldwide, working in a fast‑paced, international and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
Design electronic circuits according to customer specifications for illumination systems in the automotive industry, following the most up‑to‑date techniques in a constantly evolving environment.
Define, develop and validate the HW design according to customer specification and Valeo design rules.
Integrate different domain constraints (HW, software, mechanic, quality, industrialisation) into the product HW design.
Cooperate with PCB layout engineers and ensure the quality of PCB layout.
Support activities related to EMC design.
Support the customer validation and design review activities.
Participate in the improvement of the standards, methods & tools.
Desired skills and experience
Electronics Engineering Degree/Master, Telecommunications or equivalent experience.
Experience in HW design.
Knowledge of simulation and CAD tools (Simetrix, Pspice, Cadence, etc.).
EMC good practices.
Use of laboratory equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
Passion for HW design and for the automotive industry.
Negotiation competent English level is mandatory.
