A Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead key client relationships, leverage your analytical skills, and develop platform and product expertise to become a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and measurement for our Fortune 1000, multi-channel advertisers. Proven understanding of performance marketing is essential. This role involves partnering with the sales team to develop trusted relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities. Success requires practical data and analytical skills to translate business objectives into analysis frameworks, providing a data-driven consultative sales approach, thriving in a dynamic, team-focused environment to meet business goals.

We are seeking a versatile and analytical Client Solutions Manager to join our Iberia's Travel & Entertainment team. This is an 8-month fixed-term contract.

Client Solutions Manager, Travel & Entertainment (Short Term Engagement) Responsibilities:

* Act as a product & insights expert to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners.
* Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.).
* Manage a book of business and drive performance through operational rigor and sales acumen, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyzing sales data, and creating targeted strategies.
* Identify and lead new business opportunities through strategic account planning to grow investments.
* Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build presentations, and present findings to stakeholders.
* Design experimentation initiatives, develop tracking, analyze results, and recommend actions.
* Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on solutions and best practices, to grow existing partnerships.
* Drive proactive media & measurement strategies, implementation, and optimization to increase performance and investments.
* Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting and setup.
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to manage complex workstreams.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Advanced skills in structuring and manipulating raw data for analysis.
* Expertise in analyzing data from various sources and presenting insights clearly.
* Proven ability to leverage data to develop hypotheses and build business cases.
* Experience in developing broader prototyping solutions for teams.
* Track record of managing a book of business, increasing revenue, and improving performance.
* Ability to deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through complex priorities.
* Good understanding of the technology landscape.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of statistics and experience with tools like R, SAS, SPSS.
* Experience with data querying (SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
* Experience in business case modeling and market sizing.
* Familiarity with Meta's advertising solutions.
* Experience collaborating with Product teams to enhance features.
