Social Media/Community Manager
Requirements:
Commercial social media experience
Self-starter:
able to take initiative, work independently, and start projects without supervision
Fluent in English and Spanish
Teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube) for 17 venues
Create all social content, including text, images, and videos (captions & hashtags)
Schedule posts using Planoly
Post daily stories for all venues, mixing live and planned content
Post 4-7 times per week per venue, plus one Google post weekly per venue
Collaborate with restaurant managers and marketing team to promote brands, venues, and events
Monitor trends and present new ideas to enhance guest experiences
Understand different audiences and tailor content accordingly
Implement brand awareness campaigns to boost traffic, engagement, and followers
Use social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to generate reports
Develop and produce photos and videos for websites and social media
Visit venues regularly for content creation, including photoshoots
Edit photos and videos for social media
Assist graphic designer with content and concept development using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
Additional Details:
Full-time position with indefinite contract
8-hour shifts
Educational requirement:
Degree or Bachelor’s (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a community manager
Languages:
English and Spanish (mandatory)
