Role & Job
As a Delivery Developer Junior, you’ll play a key role in helping us create and deliver conversational bots that are tailored to our clients’ unique needs. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where you’ll learn our proprietary React-based framework, Botonic, and gain hands-on experience building real-world solutions.
What You’ll Do :
* Learn and master our internal React framework, Botonic, with guidance from experienced team members.
* Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deliver bots that meet specific client requirements.
* Work closely with other developers to ensure our codebase is reliable, robust, and maintainable.
* Participate in code reviews, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our development process.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Grow your technical and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Requirements
* Located in Spain, possessing a valid NIE, a Spanish Social Security Number, and a valid work visa.
* Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and React: Personal projects, coursework, or internships are great!
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks: You will be trained on our internal Botonic framework.
* Basic understanding of software development best practices: Version control with Git, code organization, debugging, etc.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Good communication skills: You’ll be working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Self-motivated and proactive attitude: Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback.
* Interest in chatbots, conversational AI, or customer experience is a plus.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
