International Medical Device Sales Development Representative (Junior | Remote | French / Italian Speaking)

Acting as an extension of our clients' commercial teams, we support market entry through distributor development, hospital sales, business development, regulatory market access, and strategic growth initiatives in international markets.
Before Applying – Please Read This role is intended for Junior to Mid-Level Medical Device Sales Professionals (3–6 years of experience) who enjoy prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales.
3–6 years of professional sales or business development experience
Minimum 3 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or working for a medical device distributor
Fluent English, Spanish and French or Italian
This role is not suitable for recent graduates
This role is not suitable for candidates without medical device or healthcare sales experience
This role is not intended for senior sales managers, directors, or executives
The Role This is an outbound new sales and business development role focused on generating new commercial opportunities for medical device manufacturers across Europe. The majority of your time will be spent identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, outside field trips visiting distributors, hospitals and tradeshows, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and building sales pipeline. You will be working with invidually and with inside sales support to develop and executive sales strategies.
Hospital prospecting
Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified meetings, develop pipeline, and identify new distributor and hospital opportunities for our clients.
Medical device distributors
Hospital decision-makers
Generate qualified sales meetings for medical device manufacturers
Develop new hospital and healthcare provider opportunities
Build target account lists and prospect databases
Qualify opportunities and move prospects through the sales funnel
Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking
Manage sales pipeline and follow-up activities
Report weekly on KPIs, meetings generated, pipeline created, and commercial progress
Market Entry & Commercial Support
Support market entry projects for international medical device companies
Provide market intelligence and commercial insights
3–6 years of sales, SDR, business development, or commercial experience
~ Minimum 2–3 years within medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences
~ Proven experience generating opportunities through outbound sales activities
Selling medical devices into hospitals or clinics
Working for a medical device distributor
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Fluent English and Spanish
Fluent French or Italian
