Whichever seat is yours, youll be the technical face of the business in your region. Partnering with a Regional Sales Director. Running PoCs. Enabling partners. Supporting €500K+ enterprise deal cycles. And shaping how this company operates technically in your region from the ground up.
The tech stack is serious:
React, Node, Angular, CI/CD pipelines, Cypress, WebDriverIO, Puppeteer. Youll be speaking directly to engineers who care about what they ship. Youll need to earn their trust, not just their interest.
What you bring:
2+ years in a Solutions or Sales Engineering roleReal front-end development experienceHands-on test automation exposureNative-level German or French depending on your marketThe ability to speak both developer and commercial without losing the room in either direction
By the end of year one, youll be the technical authority for your region and influencing €2M+ in revenue. Thats not a projection. Thats the plan.
