We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with expertise in growing brands online and excellent English communication with proven expertise in:
* A minimum of two digital marketing channels
* Creating effective copy for marketing campaigns
* Creating, setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns
* Setting up realistic monthly goals, tracking results and creating monthly reports
We are seeking a qualified marketing expert to create strategies to include tasks, timeline and set quarterly metrics to:
* Generating job postings
* Ensuring job postings receive candidates
* Proactive to ensure all marketing channels including SEO, social and paid hit quarterly target goals
* Improving on-site user metrics and engagement to improve retention rates and returning visitors
Required Skills:
* Business-minded digital marketing expert with a hungry Go-Getter attitude
* Effective team leader and hands on expert
* Expert knowledge in analytics and at least two digital marketing channels
* 7+ years growing brands online with proven digital marketing expertise in at least two channels (i.e. seo, paid, social, etc.)
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.)
* Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns
* Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
* Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
