These roles blend a strong foundation in Data Analytics (70%) with an interest in Data Science (30%) and will focus on defining success metrics, improving data quality, reporting, and generating insights to influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a deep curiosity about user behavior, proficiency in product analytics, and a customer-first mindset that drives actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customer journey tracking mechanisms.Extract, prepare, and explore data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, possibly by joining several data sources.Design dashboards in Tableau for structured or ad-hoc visualizations.Create automated reporting solutions using tools like SQL, Python, or Tableau to streamline regular reporting tasks and reduce manual efforts.Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights within the data.Support OKR tracking by aligning data metrics to business objectives and monitoring performance over time.Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, ideally with exposure to AI/ML-driven use cases.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Hands-on experience with Tag Management and Web Analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics), cloud platforms (e.G., BigQuery, Microsoft Azure), and data visualization/reporting tools.Ability to translate business needs into analytical and technical requirements, with a solid understanding of the 'why' behind product or data features.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.Experience in Product Analytics is a strong plus.Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, or AI-enabled customer service solutions is advantageous.Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe.What makes us smile looking at your profile:
