Ensure company margin and contribution targets are met. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongNegotiate and follow up on Specific Commercial Terms for local brands. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongStructure meetings, agree on a negotiation strategy, and negotiate agreements with suppliers. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongNegotiate new projects with local suppliers when agreed with the global purchasing department to include them in the list. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongFollow up on pending issues with suppliers. Respond to and resolve problems with HOB. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongNegotiate with local suppliers. Complete requests for new local items. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongPlan negotiations with local suppliers, prepare supporting documents and information, and carry out negotiations as approved by the category. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongDefine and monitor inventory reduction and clearance programs for local brands and products, following global guidelines. Liquidate current inventory of items to be discontinued. Implement approved changes in affected operations and review results. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongMonitor and implement action plans to achieve budgeted margins for local manufacturers and brands. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongCommunicate with the supply chain to place orders for local products (quantities, locations, deadlines). Set prices for local products according to global guidelines. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongEnter local promotions in the AP tool. Connect with product managers to ensure implementation of pricing and promotions. Complete requests for new promotions. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongEnsure local products comply with global guidelines. Participate in store distribution and planograms for local products. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongMonitor margins for local products, adhering to global margin policy. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongCoordinate and follow up on the development and implementation of promotions. Review and validate promotional calendars. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongAnalyze the commercial performance of local suppliers, specifically sales, inventory levels, margins, payment terms, and SKU assortment. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongGather relevant information to calculate and send the invoicing amount for AP for local products. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongTrack sales and margin by local brand. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongMonitor and evaluate the performance of local products and suppliers and prepare an action plan. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongEnsure all contracts comply with Dufry policy and government regulations.
