In this role, you will lead the global scale-up of robotics and advanced operational technologies across our supply chain, shaping the digital future through rapid productization and deployment. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to design high-impact deployment strategies and drive end-to-end lifecycle management. You will build scalable, plug-and-play solutions and evolve operating models to support digital innovation. This is a chance to influence global operations, partner with vendors, and accelerate automation at pace.

• Lead global productization, scaling, and deployment of robotics and automation solutions across operations
• Identify and partner with technology vendors and innovation ecosystems
• Govern and improve the Accelerated Digitalization u0026 Automation productization framework
• Collaborate with global, regional, and site leadership on deployment strategies and SLA monitoring
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management including vendor governance and performance optimization
• Shape target operating models and represent digital innovation in senior forums and events
Responsabilidades
• Strong leadership experience with globally distributed teams in robotics, automation, or digital product environments
• Deep expertise in logistics operations and supply chain with strong technology knowledge (robotics, automation, AI, xpzdshu analytics)
• Proven track record in product management, program delivery, and large-scale technology deployments
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders, partners, and customers globally
• Strong commercial and vendor management capability with governance and partnerships
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred; experience across logistics, technology, and programme leadership environments
