The Director, Global Business Insights and Analytics for Mammotome applies knowledge of data analysis to solve real-world problems faced by our company. This role leads the Mammotome organization towards a more data-driven and insight-led culture to find opportunities for improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead a team of direct and indirect reports and manage cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analytical techniques (descriptive, inferential, and predictive) to discover insights guiding strategic decisions and uncover data optimization opportunities.Develop and maintain a global Funnel Management Standard using CRM tools, from lead generation to quote creation, enhancing forecasting capabilities through data-driven insights and predictive analytics to optimize sales processes.Coordinate cross-OpCo data integration efforts for Performance Partnership by supporting the implementation of a unified data architecture, strategic alignment, and collaborative infrastructure to enhance transparency, forecasting, and results.Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders, translating results into understandable stories to inform decisions and impact the business.Analyze processes and systems to identify and recommend areas for improvement. Identify key KPIs and design solutions to source necessary data and present it in meaningful reports.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, required;
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.5-7 years of progressive experience within a global organization, with proven ability to lead, manage complex situations, and drive results through others.Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence software such as Tableau, Qlik, Domo, Visier, Power BI, etc.Familiarity with SAP for data extraction and integration is a plus.Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.Gemba-orientation and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment and see the big picture.
