**The Role**:
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Account Manager to strengthen our sales team. You will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and driving additional sales opportunities for our LucaNet software.

**What you'll do**:

- Management of existing customer portfolio: Be responsible for the relationship with our customer portfolio, establishing strong links and developing lasting partnerships
- Maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention: Follow up regularly with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and anticipate any additional concerns or needs.
- Business development and upselling : Promote and migrate existing customers to the new pricing model. Identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers and propose additional solutions or upgrades that meet their needs and increase their value.
- Analysis and report : Monitor key performance indicators, such as retention rates, customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score) and sales achieved, and generate regular reports for management.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You have a 5-year degree (an academic background in corporate finance and an aptitude for IT)
- Ideally, you have already acquired initial professional experience in information systems consulting or in a corporate finance function.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SaaS software and the software industry.
- Autonomous, proactive, results-oriented, able to set objectives and achieve them.
- Team player, able to collaborate with different internal departments
- You are fluent in Spanish and able to work effectively in English.
