Job Description:
Support Philips' healthcare software solutions, focusing on Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments. As a Support Engineer, you will provide 1st line support, troubleshoot application issues (including scripting and querying), and escalate complex problems as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, prioritization, and training. Contribute to documentation and share expertise with colleagues. This role is remote, offering flexibility and various benefits.
Qualifications:
* Technical background with experience in Application/Software Support, preferably in healthcare.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, or related field.
* Skills in Windows Server, SQL Server 2012+, Networking, and ideally HL7, FHIR, with understanding of clinical workflows.
* Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Reliability, teamwork, and a confident demeanor.
