The Opportunity
An iconic Italian Luxury House is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven
Store Manager
to lead its prestigious new opening in the heart of Madrid. This is a strategic opportunity to launch a flagship presence in one of Europe’s most vibrant luxury hubs, embodying the heritage, craftsmanship, and "Passione" of a world-renowned Italian brand.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will be the brand’s ultimate ambassador in Madrid. You will lead the strategic and operational management of the boutique, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience while driving commercial excellence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a culture of excellence, professional growth, and refined luxury service.
Clienteling & CRM:
Develop and execute sophisticated clienteling strategies. Recruit, retain, and elevate local "Madrileño" high-net-worth individuals and the growing international tourist clientele.
KPI & Performance:
Take full ownership of the P&L.; Monitor and optimize KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ATV) to consistently exceed sales targets and maximize profitability.
New Opening Excellence:
Oversee all launch phases, from local recruitment and intensive training to visual merchandising and exclusive grand opening events.
Operational Integrity:
Maintain impeccable standards of store operations, inventory management, and brand image in line with Italian headquarters' guidelines.
The Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned luxury professional with a deep understanding of the Spanish market and a natural affinity for Italian elegance.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of management experience
within a prestigious Luxury/High-End retail environment.
Expertise:
Proven track record in achieving complex
KPIs
and managing high-stakes luxury operations.
Leadership:
Strong team-management skills with a "hands-on" approach on the sales floor.
Client-Centric:
Expert-level knowledge of
Clienteling
and personalized 1-to-1 service.
Language:
Fluency in
Spanish and English
is mandatory. Italian is a significant advantage.
