Job SummaryThe Global Practice Growth & Patient Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and scaling programs that drive practice growth, patient demand, and commercial performance for ClearCorrect globally. This role focuses on translating strategy into scalable programs and tools that drive practice growth, increase patient demand, and strengthen ClearCorrect adoption. It combines practice growth, patient marketing, and funnel optimization to ensure strong execution and measurable impact across markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset and the ability to design solutions that improve lead generation, conversion, and utilization at the practice level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the global Practice Growth Program, including program structure, playbooks, and deployment across markets
Create and scale patient marketing strategies, campaigns, and toolkits to drive awareness, demand, and patient conversion
Translate business objectives into practical programs and tools that support practice growth and increase case volume
Partner closely with Sales and Clinical Education to ensure programs are aligned with field needs and drive behavior change
Strengthen full-funnel performance by supporting markets in lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization
Build and deliver global toolkits and core assets to enable consistent execution and reduce local duplication
Ensure strong adoption and utilization of programs across markets, with a focus on effectiveness and impact
Define and track clear KPIs (e.g., case growth, conversion rates, program adoption) to measure effectiveness and ROI
Continuously optimize programs based on data, feedback, and market insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand, digital, and commercial initiatives into a cohesive growth approach
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
6–10+ years of experience in marketing, commercial marketing, or practice development (healthcare, dental, or medtech preferred)
Proven track record of developing and scaling growth or commercial programs with measurable business impact
Experience in patient or consumer marketing, including demand generation and conversion
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer journey optimization
Experience working in global organizations with local market execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented and execution-focused mindset
Strong English proficiency, minimum C1 level
