We are looking for an RD Power Electronics Engineer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of advanced power conversion systems used across energy storage, photovoltaic applications, and grid‑connected solutions. You will work in a modern laboratory environment and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary RD team to bring innovative power electronic products from concept to industrialization.

brPerform commissioning tasks for power conversion and control systems interfacing with energy storage systems in the laboratory.
brBuild and maintain test setups to verify performance, efficiency, robustness, and compliance with technical requirements.
brConduct detailed technical analysis of logs, errors, signals, and operational metrics; prepare clear, reusable technical reports to support engineering, quality, and certification teams.
brExecute validation tests both in the factory and in the field for prototype power conversion and control systems.
brCreate instructions and associated documentation for product deployment, operation, and maintenance.

brBSc/MSc degree in Engineering or an equivalent field (minimum requirement).
brExperience in the design of electrical systems and power electronic converters, including control strategies.
brValued experience in commissioning power converters, as well as operating measurement equipment and laboratory instrumentation.
brStrong experience in managing, preparing, and executing prototype tests, customer tests, or product certifications, including the preparation of test result reports (highly valued).
brKnowledge and experience in photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems, particularly in the operation, integration, and testing of batteries and hybrid PV–battery solutions (positively valued).
brStrong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, analyzing conversion topologies, operating modes, and system protection.
brA collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills.
brFluency in written and spoken English is required, as you will be part of a global team.
