We focus on helping buyers and sellers prepare better, close faster, and realize profits sooner on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.
The principal focus areas for this position include:
* Financial due diligence projects for either the acquirer or the vendor, working with private equity firms and major international and national corporate clients.
* Critical review of key value drivers of the business, including historical data and financial projections.
* Utilizing Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on main financial and business issues or identified upsides.
* Supporting clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
* Fluent in English (daily work conducted in English).
* Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
* 2-3 years of experience in audit.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Data analytics skills (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) are a plus.
* Continuous training, including an initial 4-week Data Analytics training at our D4D center.
* Flexibility to travel.
