Responsibilities
* To ensure that the assigned user community is functional and can operate the business with minimum disruption providing out of hours cover as required.
* Undertaking general systems housekeeping
* Application functional support and L1 for all systems related issues & queries as the interface between the Business Operations management, Customers IT management and IT Team in order to Improve system performance/functionality & efficiencies.
* Scheduling and running of Application Management routines
* Contribute to a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team colleagues.
* Ensure that DHL & Customer company policies are applied where applicable.
* Training and Documentation - define requirement for and then facilitate creation and maintenance of required IT documentation.
* Work with third party service providers & partners, (both internal & external)
Requirements
* Language Requirements English (Fluent)
* IT Service Experience: 2 years minimum (L1 support)
* Internal/External Customer & Service Provider Request Management
* IT Literate
* Communication (written and verbal)
* Team Player
* Planning and Organisation
