At Humankind Global Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated Spanish-speaking Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. This role requires a strong understanding of the Spanish IT & ITC market and excellent English skills.
The ideal candidate will welcome the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales and creative efforts. Key responsibilities include building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales process: making initial contact, managing accounts, and closing deals
* Develop effective market approaches and set up lead lists with the back office team
* Introduce innovative IT solutions into the Southern European market
Requirements:
* Higher education degree (bachelor's or university)
* Native Spanish speaker with excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role
* Based in Barcelona
* Available for immediate hire
