Pharmacokinetic Scientist
to join our dynamic team.
As, Pharmacokinetic Scientist
your responsibilities will include:
Act as principal investigator / study director, taking responsibility for assigned projectsAct as coordinator of pharmacokinetic (PK) activities through all groupDesign, conduct, interpret and summarize pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses in support of drug developmentDrive preclinical and clinical pharmacokinetic non-compartmental and compartmental Analysis using Phoenix WinNonlinWrite protocols and reports covering objectives, methods, analysis and results for drug bioanalysis in different species and biological matrices (plasma/serum/whole blood, urine, faeces, tissue homogenates…)Analyse and interpret preclinical and clinical PK studies such as DMPK, ADME, BE/BA, Tox, SAD, MAD) and data to optimize PK plan, sampling and dosingProvide expert ADME and DMPK guidance into the non-clinical and clinical studiesFollow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Sponsor Study protocolsSupport business development and marketing activities, foster client relationships and help new clients onboardAttend meetings with Sponsor to explain PK results of the studiesStay tuned in with the latest PK developments, regulatory guidance and SOP benchmarks to improve the internal PK practices.

Requisitos:
What We Are Looking For
MSc/PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedicine or related Life ScienceExperience with toxicology studies, bioavailability & bioequivalence, biomarker testing, immunogenicity (ADA, Nab) testingExcellent knowledge of Phoenix WinNonlin softwareKnowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to ADME/DMPKTeamwork and personal leadershipAbility to work in a matrix environment, multi-task, meet deadlines and deal with evolving prioritiesAbility to work with MS Office packageFluent in oral and written English for effective communication and documentation
