Responsibilities
Own the
end‑to‑end success of the AEMaaCS migration program
by setting strategic direction, governing delivery across stages,
Managing dependencies with business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring that the platform becomes scalable, supportable, and adopted by the business.
Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria
across all three stages.
Act as the single accountable owner
for delivery outcomes (time, quality, value realization).
Govern collaboration between:
Managed Service Provider (project manager & delivery team)
Web Platform Team
Business Areas
Ensure foundations are future‑proof
(AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, cloud security).
Oversee
budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency

Drive
standardization and industrialization
for large‑scale migration in stage 3.
Own executive reporting and steering committee communication.
Required Competencies
Senior program management experience (multi‑vendor, multi‑site programs)
Strong understanding of
AEMaaCS / Cloud‑first delivery
in combination with
custom and 3rd party APIs and microservices
Experience with platform migrations and operating model changes
Excellent stakeholder and decision‑making skills
Experience with Agile scrum and hybrid delivery models
Experience with Organization Change Management
