THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our SAP CoE FICO Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP Finance solutions across Coty. You will act as a go‑to expert for SAP FICO, support global and local projects, translate business needs into system solutions, and ensure stable, well‑governed SAP operations across regions.
You will be reporting to the SAP CoE Finance Lead, and you will manage:
1. SAP FICO Support & Solution Delivery
1. Act as first‑level SAP FICO support for users and key stakeholders
2. Handle functional incidents, enhancements, and operational changes via ticketing tools
3. Lead SAP configuration and solution implementation while preserving the Core solution
4. Support SAP project implementations and change execution
5. Provide process‑ and system‑oriented expertise to business users
2. Business Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration
6. Capture and anticipate global and local business requirements
7. Translate requirements into well‑governed SAP improvements and enhancements
8. Lead review meetings with Key Users and Local Process Owners
9. Partner with Business Facing teams to optimize processes using SAP capabilities
10. Act as link between users and 2nd‑level application maintenance teams
3. Projects, Governance & Continuous Improvement
11. Participate in and support global SAP transformation projects
12. Coordinate knowledge sharing with SAP CoE colleagues across regions
13. Support system monitoring (jobs, interfaces, integrations)
14. Identify change‑management initiatives with Key Users and Process Owners
15. Maintain knowledge of SAP product roadmap and future offerings
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a customer‑oriented SAP professional, you thrive in fast‑paced, global environments and enjoy bridging finance and technology.
Your skills and experience include:
16. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
17. SAP certification in relevant FICO modules
18. Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing and/or supporting SAP projects
19. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA On‑Premise 2022
20. Experience with VIM OpenText, Tradeshift, and HighRadius (valued)
21. Strong understanding of finance business processes
22. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
23. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
24. Fluent English; additional languages appreciated
25. Experience in Mass Market / Cosmetics industry is a plus
