About the role: As a Product Manager at CENTUM, your mission will be to transform ideas into market-leading products and services that generate revenue.
You will be responsible for a set of Products and report to the Product management Leader.You will work with the Product Area, Engineering, PMO, Sales and other internal stakeholders to lead the end-to-end development of new products from ideation to market launch.This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset and cross functional collaboration skills, a keen understanding of innovative products, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new product opportunities.
Key responsibilities: Identify the needs and requirements of new solutions to be incorporated into Centum's portfolio.Analyze the market and identify customer requirements, analyze equivalent solutions offered by competitors, etc.Work with stakeholders across the company to define, deliver, and monitor the product roadmap and vision within the broader company's mission and goals.Make decisions within the framework of the evolution of the product line under the global vision and strategy of the company.Execute and monitor the Go-To-Market plan for product deliveries to maximize revenue potential, and distribution channels to optimize market penetration and impact.Become the point of reference for the Sales and Pre-Sales departments in the assigned line of business and lead internal training initiatives.Be accountable and committed to the company's product goals and KPIs.Requirements: University degree in technological areas such as telecommunications, electronics, aeronautical and/or computer Science engineering.At least 5 years of professional experience as Product Manager/Product Owner in any of the following fields: electronics, aeronautical, telecom products.
