Key Responsibilities Digital Insurance Strategy & Vision Define and evolve the digital insurance roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
Drive the embedded insurance strategy across Santander ecosystems.
Identify opportunities to integrate insurance into banking journeys and digital experiences.
Ensure alignment with Global Digital strategy, Customer experience vision, Technology architecture, and Commercial priorities.
Product Ownership & Digital Delivery Own and prioritise the digital insurance backlog.
Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
Lead end‐to‐end delivery of digital insurance initiatives.
Ensure scalable and reusable capability development.
Drive agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
Coordinate releases, testing and production readiness.
Embedded Insurance Development Lead the development of embedded insurance experiences across Santander channels.
Digital onboarding journeys and ecosystems.
Cards and payments journeys.
Contextual insurance offers.
Integrated protection services.
Drive seamless customer experiences combining banking and insurance propositions.
Team Leadership & Delivery Coordination Lead and coordinate a development squad based in Brazil.
Foster collaboration between Global business teams and Brazil technology teams.
Ensure delivery quality, execution discipline and agile best practices.
Manage priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines.
Promote a high‐performance and customer‐centric culture.
Customer Experience & Journey Design Design end‐to‐end digital insurance journeys.
Improve customer servicing and self‐service capabilities.
Ensure omnichannel consistency across experiences.
Drive personalization and contextual engagement.
Enable frictionless customer interactions.
Stakeholder Management Coordinate with global and local insurance teams and countries.
Partner with digital, technology, data and business stakeholders.
Align priorities across countries and platforms.
Requirements 12+ years of experience in Product Owner, Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, Insurance or Financial Services.
Strong experience delivering digital products and platforms.
Experience working in agile environments with technology teams.
Experience managing distribution or international teams.
Proven experience leading complex digital initiatives end‐to‐end.
Experience in platform‐based or modular architecture (Preferred).
Experience in insurance ecosystems or marketplaces (Preferred).
Experience in global/multi‐country environments (Preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field. (Required).
MBA or postgraduate studies (Preferred).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong digital product mindset.
Agile delivery and prioritisation capabilities.
Systems thinking and platform orientation.
Knowledge of Claims processes, Policy administration, Customer 360/data models, Embedded insurance models, Banking‐insurance ecosystems (Preferred).
Leadership and team coordination capabilities, Strategic thinking, Customer‐centric and journey‐driven approach, Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, Strong communication in international environments.
