Office Manager - Temporary 3 Months

Responsibilities
* Provide PA support to members of the local team
* Arrange Meetings and organise diaries
* Arranging and setting up Calls
* Booking Flights, Hotels and Trains
* Printing and binding of Presentations, Marketing materials
* Creating presentations for the team (where applicable)
* Data entry
* Meeting and greeting clients and / or any external guests
* Ordering Office Supplies
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Managing filing systems
* Managing and prioritising a wide workload in a timely manner
* Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging any maintenance as required
* Arranging new starters inductions, IT equipment / set up, phone and starter kit
* Updating personnel with relevant forms for new starters
* Liaising with IT on any issues within the office and implementing work required
* Implementing H&S policy in the office
* Manage the Landlord and any property issues, rent payments, lease queries (if applicable)
* Attend events and functions as requested
* Monthly Office Expenses
* Setting Up of Meeting Rooms
* Answering the switchboard, transferring calls & taking detailed messages when required
* Organizing events
* Distribution and issuing of post
* Arranging for Parcel Couriers to collect and deliver items
* Maintaining good relationships with internal members of staff
* Logging IT issues
* Organising refreshments & lunches for meetings.
* Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required
* Support Group Finance and Group Marketing
