WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
✍️ 6+ years of experience
in UX/UI design. Proven experience
leading teams of at least 4 people. Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong proficiency in
Figma. Deep expertise in
User Experience
and
Prototyping
(MUST). Solid understanding of
Design Systems
and
User Research. Experience working in
banking environments
(PLUS). Advanced proficiency in
Spanish and English
(written and spoken). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products. Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions. Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability. Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects. Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices. Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
