Summary

This is a full-time role where you need to be able to manage the business both as a farmer and a hunter. You are used to working with traditional dealers on mowing and pool cleaning categories, mainly focusing on bringing in new customers and managing them to develop all their potential.

Job responsibilities

* Support channel strategy execution and assist in achieving business development and sales targets in Iberia markets
* Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers, including distributors and dealers
* Support new product introduction to partners, from coordinating the communication to product launch, in line with their assortment selection process.
* Collect market information and assist in analyzing competitors and industry trends.
* Responsible for onboarding and maintaining new dealers across the region.

The Role

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to strengthen our partnerships and develop new business opportunities in Spain, France, Italy, and the Middle East.

You will be responsible for managing key retail clients, developing new relationships, and working closely with our design team to deliver great products and strong partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new client relationships within key retail markets
* Manage and grow existing retail partnerships through proactive engagement
* Collaborate with the Says Who design and engineering teams on product development projects
* Participate in international trade fairs, client meetings, and factory visits (approx. 70 travel days per year)
* Contribute to the company’s strategic growth plans and market insights


Qualifications

* Proven B2B sales experience within the furniture or interior design industry
* Established network or deep understanding of retailers in Spain, France, Italy, or the Middle East
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
* Experience with product development or design collaboration is an advantage
* Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Spanish, French, or Italian)
* Self‑driven, structured, and result‑oriented mindset

The Role

As a Sales Manager at Growave, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth across the EU and US markets. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound leads, build relationships with eCommerce brands, and help them unlock the full potential of Growave’s platform.

Regional Sales Manager Dealcoholisation


Regional Sales Manager for Solution Service of Dealcoholisation and Aroma recovery in the Wine and Spirits Market Iberia.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales of Dealcoholisation and Aroma recovery solution services specialized for the wine and spirits production sector. The primary goal will be to acquire new clients, maintain and build on the existing client portfolio, and ensure excellent post‑sales service, contributing to the company’s growth and positioning in this specific industry.

Position will report to the General Management of the company in Europe. Position will be home based, preferably in the North of Spain but is not a must.


Responsibilities

* Prospecting New Clients: Identify and contact potential clients within the viticulture and spirits production sectors (wineries, distilleries, etc.), offering our dealcoholisation solutions tailored to the needs.
* Client Portfolio Management: Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for additional sales or upgrades to the service.
* Advisory and Consulting: Provide technical and commercial advice about the process and go‑to‑market products and solutions, adapting proposals to the specific needs of each client.

* Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of production processes in wineries or distilleries is highly valued.
* Sales Skills: Strong and effective communication skills, high level of customer service care, good negotiation skills and results‑oriented mindset.
* Relationship and Networking Ability: Ability to build long‑lasting client relationships and maintain a strong network within the industry.
* Willingness to Travel: The position requires both national and international travel, so flexibility is essential.
* Languages: Knowledge of languages especially Spanish and English required, Portuguese is a plus.
